1. Conduct a Gap Analysis if requested by the client (Recommended)
2. Letter of Commencement issued on acceptance of a Quote and on receipt of a deposit (The Letter of Commencement confirms that MRM Quality System Consultants has commenced with the project)
3. A Consultant is assigned to the project
4. A Project Plan is generated that defines the timeframes and deliverables associated with the project. The Project Plan is approved by the client prior to commencement
5. Monthly Reports will be issued to report on milestones / deliverables achieved in line with the approved Project Plan (The project implementation methodology is based on process flowing and the PDCA cycle – Plan, Do, Check, Act)
6. An Internal Audit and Management Review Meeting will be conducted in preparation for the Certification Audit. The Certification Audit will be conducted by an accredited Certification Body of the client’s choice (Please note that the cost of the Certification Audit is not included in the Quote from MRM Quality System Consultants. (The cost of the Certification Audit is determined by the Certification Body, who will issue their own Quote)
7. The client may request the Consultant to attend the Certification Audit when this occurs. The cost of attendance will either be included in the original Quote or discussed and agreed to prior to the Certification Audit
8. The Consultant shall assist with the close-out of any findings raised (If any) during the Certification Audit
