The quality management system shall be reviewed annually and internal audits conducted to ensure continual conformance and improvement, and to ensure that the quality management system is aligned to the strategic direction of the organization. Management shall ensure that the quality management system is suitable, adequate and effective in addressing the requirements of the organization.
