1. A Gap Analysis Audit will familiarize the Consultant with the clients organization and its processes prior to commencement of the implementation project
  2. The results of the Gap Analysis Audit will provide the framework for the

establishing of the Quote, the timeframe required for implementation and the Project Plan

  1. During the Gap Analysis Audit, the auditor will identify key areas that require attention as well as role-players who will be critical for the success of the implementation project, e.g. the assigned ‘Management Representative’ as well as other key individuals within the client’s organization
  2. The Gap Analysis Audit will also familiarize the organizations management and personnel in regards to the relevant standard requirements and to what is expected during the implementation of the system
