- A Gap Analysis Audit will familiarize the Consultant with the clients organization and its processes prior to commencement of the implementation project
- The results of the Gap Analysis Audit will provide the framework for the
establishing of the Quote, the timeframe required for implementation and the Project Plan
- During the Gap Analysis Audit, the auditor will identify key areas that require attention as well as role-players who will be critical for the success of the implementation project, e.g. the assigned ‘Management Representative’ as well as other key individuals within the client’s organization
- The Gap Analysis Audit will also familiarize the organizations management and personnel in regards to the relevant standard requirements and to what is expected during the implementation of the system
